In 2017 there was something clearly wrong with the weather in Tokyo during October. It just rained and rained and would never ever ever stop. One of the main reasons that I left Europe was due to the very poor weather which makes me really depressed. So I was extremely unhappy during this month since I couldn’t go out or go on as many morning runs as I would like.

Then one day it cleared up and I immediately laced up my shoes to go for a beautiful morning run. It made me feel so happy to run around the lake that is in the middle of the park. In fact so happy that I went for a run the following day as weil
